Chocolate Truffle Cookies

The most chocolate recipie I know.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup butter, softened
2 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbps vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles

1. Cream butter, sugar, and cocoa until light and fluffy.

2. Beat in sour cream and vanilla

3. Add flour, mix well

4. Stir in chocolate chips

5. Refrigerate 1 hour

6. Roll into 1" balls, dip in chocolate sprinkles

7. Place, sprinkle side up, 2" apart on UNGREASED cookie sheet

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until set. (normally takes longer)

7. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.

Cookies may be frozen.
